Welcome to our webinar platform ("Service"). By accessing or using Kaksha Inc's Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Our Service provides video conferencing, webinar hosting, screen sharing, chat functionality, and recording capabilities for educational and business purposes.
2. Account Terms
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Usage & Limitations
Our Service includes the following features and limitations:
Unlimited attendees per webinar session
Unlimited session duration
Unlimited recording storage
Screen sharing and chat functionality
You may not use our Service to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
Spam or harass other users
4. Payment & Billing
By subscribing to Kaksha Inc's paid plans, you agree to the following payment terms:
Subscription pricing varies by plan, region, and applicable promotions
Current plan pricing is displayed at checkout and in your billing settings
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5. Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Our data practices include:
End-to-end encryption for all webinar communications
Secure storage of recordings and user data
Webinar registration details may be shared with the webinar host so they can manage attendance and send webinar-related follow-up communication
No sharing of personal data with third parties without consent
GDPR and CCPA compliance
Right to data deletion upon request
By registering for a webinar, you acknowledge that the webinar host may act as an independent controller for the attendee data shared with them and may contact you regarding the event or related services in line with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Kaksha Inc and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you share during webinars, but grant Kaksha Inc a license to process and store this content to provide the Service.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or technical difficulties
Actions of other users on the platform
Third-party content or integrations
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may:
Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Suspend service for security or technical reasons
Update or modify features as needed
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period
